What Costumes are optional — but encouraged — for the Halloween edition of the Pittsburgh Underwear Bike Ride. A 21+ after-party at Spirit starts at 9 p.m. Admission is $5. The ride, however, is free. Meet at 8 p.m., ride at 8:30 p.m.
