Update: 1:27 a.m.

For the second year in a row, the Pittsburgh Penguins are bringing home the Stanley Cup — turning E. Carson Street into a wall-to-wall celebration as soon as the game ended.

New to the party this year: A catfish toss. The “rules”: Throw it back and forth across East Carson. Cheer when it hits the ground.

Don’t believe us? Here’s video.

And a close up.

Of course, the catfish eventually became … catfish pieces. And a woman on someone’s shoulders … put a piece in her mouth.

Also, this.

Anyways! City officials warned that the revelry would only be tolerated for 90 minutes.

But until then, there was a lot of cup raising in the South Side.
