Only in Pittsburgh: A party for a bridge

The Greenfield Bridge is back, and — because this is Pittsburgh — there will be a full day of festivities to celebrate. That includes a one-mile Beat the Bridge Fun Run (11 a.m.), food trucks and games (2 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and a ribbon cutting (sunset). You can also take advantage of the free Greenfield Glug shuttle to visit local businesses in the neighborhood.

Where: The Greenfield Bridge at Beechwood Boulevard

When: October 14, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

How much: Free admission
