Why Facebook thinks Pittsburghers are in Philadelphia

Go home, Facebook. You’re drunk.

Ever wake up unsure what city you’re in?

Some Pittsburghers had that uneasy sense this morning, when they logged onto Facebook only to find that the platform thought they were in … Philadelphia.

“Earlier today, a bug caused some people in Pittsburgh to get prompts related to Philadelphia. We’ve fixed the issue,” Facebook told The Incline in an email.

It was not immediately clear when the accounts of affected Pittsburghers would again reflect their correct location.

Guess there’s nothing to be done but tell Facebook about its grievous error.

Or you could really stick it to Facebook, and complain on Twitter.
