Work up an appetite for some turkey and a good cause

Thanksgiving morning is time for the annual Turkey Trot 5K, now in its 27th year. Last year's race raised $274,000 and 2,300 pounds of non-perishable food, and the YMCA hopes to raise even more this year. Check out the YMCA's website for several options, including the 5K, along with a one-mile walk and a five-mile run. Registration online in advance is encouraged, but you can register on the day-of, as well. (P.S. Save 10 percent off your race registration with discount code INCLINE10.)

When: November 23, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.
