Discuss the future of pay in the restaurant industry

At "The Tipping Point," talk with restaurant owners, bartenders, servers and guests alike about the future of pay in the restaurant industry. A panel will be led by Nicole Battle, President, United States Bartenders' Guild - Pittsburgh; Don Mahaney, owner of Scratch Food and Beverage; and Brian Keyser, owner of Casellula (which recently abandoned its no-tipping policy).
