In the context of President Donald Trump’s administration, Duquesne University is hosting a Human Rights Film Series to examine the most critical abuses of human rights in the world today. The film series begins with a screening of 13th, a Netflix original documentary directed by Ava DuVernay that explores the intersection of race, justice and mass incarceration in the United States.
