Learn how to manage and avoid biases

Ever wonder why when two people listen to the same speech, one might hate it while the other loves it? The Pitt Science Policy Group will host Dr. Baruch Fischhoff, a world expert in risk perception, judgment, and decision making, for a lecture on how behavioral psychology affects policymaking. The session will discuss how to manage and avoid biases.

Where: University of Pittsburgh, Scaife Hall at Room 1101

When: March 29, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
