Where to pick your own apples and pumpkins around Pittsburgh this fall

The leaves are starting to get crispy, it’s almost chilly enough for a flannel, and the scent of pumpkin spice fills the air. Indeed, fall is almost here, and nine farms around Pittsburgh offer the chance to frolic through fields and meander through orchards while picking your own autumn delicacies and decor.

Before you go, keep a few things in mind: Pricing is based on how much you pick. It’s a weather-dependent activity, so know that hours are subject to change and you might want to call first.

Here’s our interactive map of where to don some flannel, grab a basket, get outside, to get picking (and get that coveted Instagram pic, too).
