|What||The Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh is debuting The Butterfly Project Pittsburgh exhibit, a part of the global Butterfly Project. The exhibit will feature two original art installations showcasing 875 butterflies painted by Pittsburghers from 20 different schools and organizations during 2016-17. The Butterfly Project is a San Diego-based international organization which aims to paint 1.5 million ceramic butterflies — one for each of the 1.5 million children lost in the Holocaust. Hana Kovanic, a local survivor who was in the Theresienstadt camp, will give remarks.|

Cat owners and their feline friends are invited to attend the First Saturday Pittsburgh event at Schenley Park for a day of "outdoor cat-napping and socializing." The event's goal, according to organizers, is to "reclaim the glory of the outdoors for our feline friends" and maybe make a few human friends in the process.|
