What Pittsburgh is talking about

Welcome to one of the biggest weekends of the year in Pittsburgh, with the start of the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival and several Pride festivities.

The annual Three Rivers Arts Festival will feature more than 85 musical acts with a little something for everybody, including India.Aire, Lucius, Too Many Zooz, Tank and the Bangas, and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

Plus, there’s the huge artist market, a time capsule, and, according to the latest forecasts, a remarkably dry first few days.

In addition, Pride celebrations will fill Downtown, featuring two Pride marches, musical performances, drag shows, and a massive festival.

And, yes, all of this will impact traffic, as TribLive explains in this handy guide.

One more thing…

Do you like ketchup? Do you like Ed Sheeran? Well, get ready.

Heinz has unveiled a special “Edchup” edition of the staple sauce in recognition of the pop star’s ketchup love. Sheeran, who reportedly has a tattoo of a Heinz ketchup bottle on his arm, is predictably excited.

And if you’re also excited, you can order some here while supplies last.
