This includes those watering holes in Pittsburgh where servers and bar owners are preparing for the onslaught while describing it with a mix of awe and revelry and more than a few war stories.

Imagine eating Thanksgiving dinner almost daily for five weeks. That's reality for the cast of "The Humans," a comedic play that's on stage at O’Reilly Theater through Dec. 10. With all that practice, we turned to the cast for tips on binging Thanksgiving dinner. We also asked local nutrition pros to lay out a 3-day eating guide (starting today) to make the best of tomorrow's meal. P.S. You can stay on top of all the holiday season fun — food and otherwise — by signing up for our Holidays in the 'Burgh emails.
