The Penguins won the first two games of the Stanley Cup Final despite being outplayed for most of the first six periods. In Game 3 Saturday, they actually outplayed the Preds during the first period, and led 1-0 thanks to another Jake Guentzel goal. Then things started to go bad. The Pens got Pen'd, giving up two goals in less than a minute before letting a really weak goal sneak in just before the second period was set to expire. That's how they won the first two games, and it's how they lost Game 3, as things got worse in the third period, with turnovers, breakaway goals and 10 penalties marring the final 20 minutes. The Pens lost 5-1 and looked completely overmatched. They're still up 2-1 in the series, but things got really ugly Saturday night.
