No, you're not still asleep. This is not a dream. The Pa. legislature really passed a bill that allows the state to comply with the federal REAL ID requirements, and Gov. Tom Wolf really signed the bill into law. As Billy Penn reported, the state was facing a June 6 deadline to do a thing that could have been done years ago but was blocked by House Republicans like Mike Folmer. The good news is you can still board a plan with your Pa. license. Here's the bad news: You're gonna need to take a trip to the DMV at some point.
