The Shrine Circus rolled into town Friday and is here until today — with its animals. A proposed ban on “the performance of wild or exotic animals for public entertainment or amusement," introduced by Council President Bruce Kraus in 2016, is effectively dead. But Humane Action Pittsburgh isn't giving up.
